To change your menu titles go to your edit your template.
Scroll down in the big white box, where you can see the title of the menus. The menu titles look like this:
< h 2 >Fresh Spills < / h 2 >
This is how you change it:
< h 2 > MENU TITLE < / h 2 >
It's as simple as that. :)
