Hey all.

I'm noticing that a lot of people are posting support-seeking questions on the chat box on the main page of efx2blogs. It's quick and convenient, but often the questions and the answers get lost as more people post and the chat 'scrolls' down.

There are forums available - there's a link in the top right side of the efx2 home page, and there's a link at the top of this blog. Sure, it takes a few more clicks to get there - and you'll have to subscribe (though it's a quick and painless process), but in the long run, it's a better place for posting your bugs, queries, issues, and so on. Your message will remain visible, and all answers will be neatly collated beneath. Also, it serves as a good base to collate a 'Q&A' / 'FAQ' database where people can browse the previously asked questions and fixes.

If you can, put a link to the forums on your blog. I'll be putting a button in the side menu of my blog. It helps to spread the word.

The forums on the 'old' efx2 were a great place to interact. There's no reason why they can't be rebuilt here. :)
